In 400 BC Ibiza was a force of commerce, keeping the trade fluid in the Mediterranean with its bustling port. Along those same coastlines, international yogis and club animals now happily co-exist and intermingle, both seeking a euphoric experience on the island.

The heat in the recipe for BES GIN is imparted through the infusion of energy-giving Habanero peppers. These powerful chillies contain a high concentration of the capsaicin compound, cultivated over months under a hot sun.

No less than ten botanical ingredients round off the drink: italian juniper, cassis, citrus, iris, hawthorn, grapefruit, coriander, chamomile, peppermint and caraway.
Upon infusion, the gin is distilled in two alembic stills using the bain-marie technique.
This ensures that this dry gin is both aromatic and extremely delicate, evoking the power of Ibiza to induce both euphoria and healing.
